Disclosures
Important information about how Prestige Advance funding works. Read this alongside the offer and agreement issued to your business.
Last updated October 2026
These disclosures are a starting document for Prestige Advance and should be reviewed by your legal counsel, and adapted to the jurisdictions and products in which you actually operate, before publishing.
1. Business purpose only
Prestige Advance provides funding solutions for commercial purposes only. Products are not available to consumers, and are not intended for personal, family or household use.
2. Subject to underwriting review and approval
All funding is subject to application, verification, underwriting review and approval. Not all applicants qualify. Prestige Advance does not commit to provide funding and may decline an application. Where an application is declined, we will tell you.
3. Terms are provided in writing
The amount funded, the total amount repayable or purchased, any origination or processing fee, deductions, the payment amount and the payment frequency are specific to your business. They will be set out clearly in the offer issued to you and in the agreement, before you commit to anything.
You should read the offer and the agreement in full, and take independent legal, tax or accounting advice where you consider it necessary.
4. No published approval times or statistics
Timelines depend on the completeness of your file, the responsiveness of the parties and the complexity of the review. Prestige Advance does not publish approval-time promises or performance statistics on this website, and any indicative timing discussed with you is not a commitment.
5. Merchant cash advances
A merchant cash advance is a purchase of a portion of future receivables, not a loan. Repayment is collected as an agreed percentage of future sales, so the total cost and the duration depend on your actual revenue. Speak to your advisor about how this interacts with your existing obligations.
6. Electronic signature
Agreements are executed through a third-party electronic signature provider. A contract shown as signed in our records reflects the signature status confirmed to us by that provider. An agreement is never recorded as signed without that confirmation.
7. Documents and identity verification
We may verify the identity of business owners and the existence of the business as part of our review. Documents we request are used for that purpose and stored privately.
