1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Prestige Advance website and merchant portal. By using either, you agree to them. If you are using the platform on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to act for that business.

2. No offer to lend

Nothing on this website is an offer or commitment to provide funding. Submitting an application does not create a contract between you and Prestige Advance, and does not oblige either party to proceed.

Any funding we are able to offer will be documented separately, in writing, and takes effect only when both parties have signed the applicable agreement. All funding is subject to application, verification, underwriting review and approval.

3. Your responsibilities

Where information provided is incomplete, inaccurate or misleading, we may be unable to proceed, or may withdraw an offer or agreement.

• Provide complete and accurate information about your business, its finances and its owners.
• Supply documents that are genuine, current and yours to share.
• Tell us promptly if anything you have provided changes or becomes inaccurate.
• Keep your portal credentials secure and tell us if you believe they have been compromised.

4. Costs and terms

Costs, deductions, payment amounts, payment frequency and any other terms are specific to your business and will be set out in the offer or agreement issued to you. You are not bound by any cost until you accept in writing and, where applicable, sign the agreement.

5. Electronic communications and signatures

We communicate about applications by email and through the merchant portal, and agreements are executed using an electronic signature service. By applying, you agree to receive communications electronically and to sign agreements electronically where you choose to do so.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prestige Advance is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
