Every application moves through the same defined stages. You can follow yours in real time in your merchant portal, and you are notified whenever something changes or needs you.
The stages
What happens, and who it depends on.

Application submitted
You complete the guided application and upload your documents. You receive a reference number immediately, a confirmation email, and a secure portal account.
- 02Prestige Advance
Initial review
A funding specialist checks that your business details, financial information and ownership information are complete and consistent.
- 03You
Documents required
If anything is missing, we send a specific request with instructions and, where relevant, a due date. It appears in your portal and you are notified by email.
- 04Prestige Advance
Underwriting review
We assess your revenue pattern, existing obligations and the purpose of the funding to work out which structures may be appropriate.
- 05Prestige Advance
Offer available
Where an offer can be prepared, the amount, costs, deductions, payment amount, payment frequency and any other terms are set out in writing for you to review.
- 06Prestige Advance
Contract preparation
Once you confirm you would like to proceed, we generate your funding agreement from your application and the approved offer terms, and complete our internal approval.
- 07You
Awaiting signature
Your agreement is sent for electronic signature. Signature status is confirmed by our e-signature provider — we never mark an agreement signed without that confirmation.
- 08Prestige Advance
Funding review
Final verification of the signed agreement, bank verification and any remaining requirements before funds are released.
- 09Prestige Advance
Funded
Funding is confirmed with its date, amount and transaction reference, and recorded against your file.

Applications may also be declined, or withdrawn by the merchant, at any stage. We tell you plainly if that happens, and why.
